[merged] writeback-use-rb_entry.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/backing-dev.c: use rb_entry()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     writeback-use-rb_entry.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/backing-dev.c: use rb_entry()

To make the code clearer, use rb_entry() instead of container_of() to
deal with rbtree.
