has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-swap-enable-swap-slots-cache-usage.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Initialize swap slots cache and enable it on swap on. Drain all swap
slots on swap off.
