- radeonfb-use-generic-ddc-reading.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     radeonfb: Use generic DDC reading

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     radeonfb-use-generic-ddc-reading.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
