The patch titled

     ide-cs (CompactFlash) driver, rm irq warning

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ide-cs-compactflash-driver-rm-irq-warning.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
