[folded-merged] maintainers-fix-tree-format-for-tpm.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: fix tree format for TPM
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-fix-tree-format-for-tpm.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into maintainers-add-git-url-for-apm-driver.patch
