[folded-merged] maintainers-add-git-url-for-xtensa.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: add git URL for xtensa
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-add-git-url-for-xtensa.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into maintainers-add-git-url-for-apm-driver.patch
