The patch titled
     Subject: kaweth: remove ifdefed out call to dma_supported
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kaweth-remove-ifdefed-out-call-to-dma_supported.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
