[merged] get_maintainer-add-subsystem-to-reviewer-output.patch removed from -mm tree

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     get_maintainer-add-subsystem-to-reviewer-output.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Reviewer output currently does not include the subsystem
that matched.  Add it.
