[merged] get_maintainer-r-list-reviewer-is-on-by-default.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: get_maintainer: --r (list reviewer) is on by default
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     get_maintainer-r-list-reviewer-is-on-by-default.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: get_maintainer: --r (list reviewer) is on by default

We don't consistenly document the default value next to the option
listing, but we do have a list of defaults here, so let's keep it up to
date.
