[merged] mm-slab-convert-slab_is_available-to-boolean.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: slab: convert slab_is_available() to boolean
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-slab-convert-slab_is_available-to-boolean.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
