[merged] userfaultfd-linux-userfaultfd_kh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: userfaultfd: linux/userfaultfd_k.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     userfaultfd-linux-userfaultfd_kh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
