[merged] userfaultfd-uapi.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: userfaultfd: uAPI
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     userfaultfd-uapi.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
