[merged] mm-numa-balancing-rearrange-kconfig-entry.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/numa balancing: rearrange Kconfig entry
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-numa-balancing-rearrange-kconfig-entry.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Add the default enable config option after the NUMA_BALANCING option so
that it appears related in the nconfig interface.
