[merged] init-mainc-code-clean-up.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: init/main.c: code clean-up
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     init-mainc-code-clean-up.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
