The patch titled
     Subject: kernel/acct.c: fix coding style warnings and errors
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-acct-fix-coding-style-warnings-and-errors.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
