The patch titled
     Subject: fs/qnx6: convert printk to pr_foo()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-qnx6-convert-printk-to-pr_foo.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
