The patch titled
     Subject: fs/romfs/super.c: add blank line after declarations
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-romfs-superc-add-blank-line-after-declarations.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
