The patch titled

     IB/ipath: use vmalloc to allocate struct ipath_devdata

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     ib-ipath-use-vmalloc-to-allocate-struct.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
