- drivers-block-nbdc-compile-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     drivers/block/nbd.c compile fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     drivers-block-nbdc-compile-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
