The patch titled

     page migration cleanup: rename "ignrefs" to "migration"

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     page-migration-cleanup-rename-ignrefs-to-migration.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
