[PATCH 04/18] MIPS: Alchemy: Au1300 SoC support

Add basic support for the Au1300 variant(s):
- New GPIO/Interrupt controller
- DBDMA ids
- USB setup
- MMC support
- enable various PSC drivers
- detection code.
