This function is called by a time when BogoMIPS hasn't run yet, so
udelay, mdelay and ndelay won't do the right thing.  Since the kernel is
running fine for you this suggests that the delay may not be required or
other initialization code is providing the 75ms.

If you find it is ok to run this function at a later stage as a normal
initcall you may want to consider using msleep() instead of mdelay().
