 It seems, this is a typo in Kconfigs... The JAZZ machine name is a
"MACH_JAZZ",
not a  "MIPS_JAZZ"

./drivers/net/Kconfig:config MIPS_JAZZ_SONIC
./drivers/net/Kconfig:  depends on NET_ETHERNET && MIPS_JAZZ
