Same PHP/ming script returns slightly different output

I have the exact same PHP/ming script on 2 machines, but they return
two slightly different files, attached.

The files are the same length and the Flash movies look identical (via
gnash), but sha1sum (or 'od' and then 'diff') show the files are
slightly different.

I'm hoping to use the sha1sum of the output to confirm my webservers
are returning consistent results, so it'd be nice to know why this is
happening and if there's a way around it?
