Your issue is with actionscript. You need to setNewTextFormat since the text is loaded after the format is set.
Change:
mijntekst.setTextFormat(tekstformaat);
to:
mijntekst.setNewTextFormat(tekstformaat);
Or you can leave your original line and just add the other line.
