Actually, in the next release, mhmimetypes.pl no longer reads
the directory, so that was quietly fixed.  That only leaves mhdysub.pl.
However, for it, is only done at the beginning of mhonarc, so it
has no real effect.  Regardless, the close call will be fixed.
