removing comments from msg files ...

Is there any way of removing the comments from the msg file(s) that
mhonarc adds in?

it might not look like alot individually, but at ~1k per msg file, when
you are talking about 100s of thousands of messages tends to add up
quickly quickly:

svr5# ls -lt t.php msg00373.php
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  3690 Feb  2 15:22 t.php
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  4754 Feb  2 15:00 msg00373.php
