Bug: mailto-Expansion broken

Hello,

when there's the string mailto:test"; in the body of an email, it is 
expanded to:

<a  href="mailto:test&quot";>mailto:test&quot</a>;

This is wrong, the trailing semi-colon should come directly after quot.

I'm using MHonArc 2.6.8.

The setting of <NOMAILTO> has no effect on this, because it only affects 
the mail header, not the body. Is there a way to prevent mailto 
expansion in the body as well?

BTW, in an older version of MHonArc (2.4.6) this used to work.
