Look at the IDXPGBEGIN, TIDXPGBEGIN, and MSGPGBEGIN resources.

To make maintenance easier, add a <link rel=stylesheet> link to
the top of each page.  This way you only have to edit the stylesheet
to make color changes without having to regenerate archive pages.
