The index pages do not have the <!--X-...--> comments.  Only the
message pages.  So you do not have to do anything to remove X-Headers
from index pages since they do not exist in the first place.

Note SSMARKUP allow you to define text that goes before the <!--
MHonArc ... --> and other comments.  If you defined it, you can have
some common PHP-related code to appear at the top of each MHonArc
generated page.

JC Lawrence has managed to get things working with PHP, including the
message pages.  The archived list message I referenced in a previous
reply gives a link to what he has done, include the resource files
he uses.

If JC is listening in, maybe he can provide the example raw markup
of a message page generated from the resource files he uses.
