I have a localized N800 (German), so I tried to translate back....

Let me try how I got there:

Menu -> Settings -> Control -> [section connection settings ] Phone (here 
below the bluetooth entry)

In there I can add phone and edit phones, but I cannot delete phones.

When going through bluetooth it works well though.
