Diablo ifconfig is provided by Busybox.

Just use (build) the real ones from Debian net-tools and iputils-ping
(source) packages.  If you haven't yet tried Chinook or Diablo SDK,
now's a good time. :-)

Or you may prefer just using cross-compiler with SB2 (available from
Debian and freedesktop.org and announced now and then on maemo-devel)
for building instead of Scratchbox v1 in the Chinook/Diablo SDKs.
