I would like to know if the problem is a Palm bug or a GPE bug and, if it is a Palm bug, look into whether we can work round it. It would also be useful to see which fields Palm tends to use so I can see if they are being mapped in the best way possible to GPE contacts fields. Seeing several different entries would be useful for this. Reliable import from Palm would be a very desirable feature.
