Yes but it is not officially supported release, see http://os2007on770.garage.maemo.org/ or search ITT forum for "hacker edition" or "2007HE", there is plenty of threads about it. Opinions widely differ, some people prefer OS2006, some 2007HE. 2007 have some rough edges but gives you Bora compatibility and new features. Some Bora packages compiled with N800 hardware in mind (CPU floating point support, more runtime memory, camera, newer video chip,..) may not work.
