updates as available but not installable

I am running RX-44_2008SE_1.2007.42-18_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin. I have added
http://repository.maemo.org/ chinook free non-free and am running red pill
mode. The application manager lists 3 updates as available but not installable:
      libglade2-0
      makedev
      Operating System
Is this a known issue?
