The custom kernel is using the same patches that have been submitted to the Linux kernel. Keep an eye on this blog http://intr.overt.org/blog/ for any N800 kernel updates with SDHC support, hopefully something will turn up in the next couple of weeks once Nokia have released the latest N800 firmware source code.
