Yes. Seen this also in other form - you can't ssh into device until you 
do some activity after boot (i.e open osso-xterm, type something etc.). 
This was reported on the list too.

I wonder how omap HW random generator fits into this. It is reported in 
kernel log, maybe it is not used for /dev/*random?
