Once the N800 has been flashed, the flasher (3.0) stops and exits by itself and the N800 does not shutdown (ie. the screen stays on with the blue NOKIA logo on it) until I disconnect the USB cable from the N800. I've also tried to switch the N800 off by pressing and keeping pressed the on/ off button at top w/o success.
