I just checked -- the default /etc/apt/sources.list is the same in both firmware images (SU-18_2006SE_1.2006.26-8_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin and SU-18_2006SE_2.2006.39-14_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin). If you have added other repositories, you may need to change them. I think that apps compiled for mistral will install and work on scirocco, and I know that the reverse is not true.
