[maemo-users] apt-get upgrade?

When run as root, apt-get upgrade shows a list of possible updates that
are not offered through the Application manager. Are these safe to
install?

Most of these are from http://repository.maemo.org, but
http://maemo-hackers.org provides a newer libosso-gnomevfs2-0.
