You have two different WLAN APs in bridge mode and they are on same
the subnet (ie. 10.0.0.0/8), right? If so, you just have to create two
different subnets, for example 10.1.0.0/16 and 10.2.0.0/16, and place
a router between the subnets. Most (some?) APs nowadays have router
functionality, so you could use one of those as the router.
