[maemo-users] risk of gain root on new devices

Hello,

after wating about 5 weeks i now have my 770. I read that there might be
problems (hardware failure) when trying to become root
(http://maemo.org/maemowiki/HowDoiBecomeRoot).

I have firmware version 3.2005.51-13, now my question:

Has anyone successfully become root as desribe in the wiki
