Unforutnately there is no exchange-possiblity in germany - they'll pick it up from my front door and give the money back and I'll have to order another and probably wait another four weeks - not what I would call best service. There is no support for the 770 in german service-points at all, they didn't even want to take it in for me. Regards, Patric
