Does anyone know of a rescue disk image that supports LVM2? I've looked around a bit, and the closest I can find is Knoppix with LVM (1) support.
I got one with linux 2.4.19, LVM2 utilities, fdisk, mke2fs and busybox on it.
I can try to put it on my site this evening.
