Hi,

It appears (i.e. dmesg reveals) I am using LVM 1.0.3(19/02/2002)

How bad is this? Should I upgrade to LVM2 ? Is it an easy upgrade?

Any info will help greatly, thanks.
I'd suggest 1.0.6 as the simplest upgrade -- nothing changes
except for a few squished bugs on the floor :-)
