Not sure - we'll have to work it out. The easiest way is to comment out the xfs_freeze above and still run the script - if you are able to mount the resulting snapshot then you most likely have the VFS-lock patch. > If so, where do I get the patch? The VFS-lock is automatic - it deals with the writing out of pending I/O before the snapshot is writen. > > > Greg Freemyer > Internet Engineer > Deployment and Integration Specialist > Compaq ASE - Tru64 v4, v5 > Compaq Master ASE - SAN Architect > The Norcross Group > www.NorcrossGroup.com > > _______________________________________________ > linux-lvm mailing list > linux-lvm@sistina.com > http://lists.sistina.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-lvm > read the LVM HOW-TO at http://www.sistina.com/lvm/Pages/howto.html -- Adrian Head (Public Key available on request.) _______________________________________________ linux-lvm mailing list linux-lvm@sistina.com http://lists.sistina.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-lvm read the LVM HOW-TO at http://www.sistina.com/lvm/Pages/howto.html
