Hi Guys, I have tried every option google/reddit can offer before i decide to send you this mail. Lm-Sensor don't detect fan on my Lenovo z580A laptop. Would you be kind enough to help me out on this? I opened by laptop's back panel to check if the fan is running, and verified that fan don't run. There are no BIOS level control on fan. Fan used to work just fine when i used to run Windows. I have attached detailed logs from the output of commands like sensors, sensors-detect, lshw etc so that you could easily identify the hardware available on my PC. In short, my laptop config is as below: Lenovo z580A; i7 5th gen, 12GB RAM, 250GB SSD OS: Kubuntu 18.05 Please let me know if you require any further info. And thanks in advance for your valuable time. Regards, Kannan.
