Maybe in the "New drivers" section of Documentation/hwmon/submitting-patches? In fact it might be better to list the address ranges which can probed: 0x18-0x1f, 0x28-0x2f and 0x48-0x4f. Then there are 4 individual addresses also probed by sensors-detect: 0x58, 0x5c, 0x73 and 0x77. Ideally hwmon drivers would not probe any other address.
