I noticed the 330 isn't listed. Some information discussed on the web indicates
that its TjMax would be 125. Do you have any information on that ?

Grrr, yes, I've found similar information in the 200/300 series datasheet, not very straightforward, but the meaning should be definite. Here is the snippet from the spec: "the processor will automatically shut down when the silicon has reached a temperature of approximately 125C."

Thanks and I will update this info in the next version.
