lm_sensors-3.1.0 and snmp

Hallo,

I have installed lm_sensors 3.1.0 on ubuntu 8.04. With sensors the
output is fine. I want to use SNMP to read the values from lm_sensors,
but it don't work.
How do I the configuration for snmp to work with lm_sensors?

Can you please help me.
